The black japonica adds a unique color to this blend. The flavor is slightly sweet and has a softer texture than our other blends. Cook time 35 min. Keep this blend covered in water or other liquid at all times during the cooking time. Think pasta. Do not cook the water out. Using a broth adds flavor to this blend. GLUTEN FREE
