1 lb. lean ground beef
1 C. chopped onion
2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-10 3/4oz. cans Cream of Celery Soup
1-8oz. cans Tomato sauce
2 1/2 C. Water
1 1/4 C. cooked Wild & Ricey Blend
2 C. Shredded Mild Cheddar, divided
* May add fresh vegetables if desired
Preheat oven to 350*.
In large skillet, brown beef and onion, drain grease.
Add seasonings, vegetables, (if desired) soup, tomato sauce, Wild & Ricey Blend and 1 ½ cups cheese; mix lightly.
Place in 3 quart casserole dish; top with remaining cheese.
Cover; bake 1hour check for doneness may need additional 15-20 minutes, until baked through.
Yield 6-8 servings.
