1 C. uncooked wild rice
1 C. chopped celery
3/4 C. sliced almonds
1-16oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1-16oz can whole cranberry sauce
Cook wild rice according to directions. Drain and chill. Toss chilled cooked rice with rest of ingredients. Chill approximately one hour. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish according to season.
Serves: 6-8.
Cooking time (rice) approx. 50-60 minutes.
Preparation time 15 minutes.
