1/2 lb Mushrooms
1 C. Bountiful Barley
1/4 lb. Butter
1 Small onion, chopped
3 C. Chicken stock or broth
1/2 C. Almonds, slivered
1/4 C. Green pepper
1/2 C. Celery, chopped
Put all ingredients, except stock or broth and Bountiful Barley, in a heavy fry pan and cook until
onion is golden brown, stirring often. Add chicken broth or stock and blend and bake in casserole dish covered tightly at 325* for 2 hours.
