1/2 chopped onion
2 T. butter or margarine
1-4oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 C. cooked wild rice
1 No. 2 can tomatoes
2 C. coarsely ground lamb
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
Cook onion in butter or margarine until soft; add mushrooms. Brown slightly. Add all ingredients except cheese. Pour into 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400* for 30 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings.
