Gluten Free Foods, buzz words
All food manufactures are vying for your attention so buzz words are the name of the game. We are no exception; we’re just smaller than most companies. There is also the fact that food manufacturers don’t want customers to have a bad reaction to gluten in their products. Bad for the customer and Bad Press.
Type in: gluten, gluten intolerant, wheat gluten, Celiac Disease, and lot of information is available. Gluten is in barley, durum, spelt, farina, wheat and rye. The Celiac Disease Foundation has tons of information and definitions for you.
