1 C. wild rice, uncooked
2 medium leeks
2 stems of celery
1/2 lb. smoked turkey
Miracle Whip Salad Dressing™
Cook wild rice-cool. Finely dice vegetables, turkey and add to cooled wild rice. Mix in salad dressing to your desired consistency and taste.
Substitutions: Any left over meats or sea foods or any vegetables in season.
Seasonings: Curry, salt pepper, and tarragon vinegar.
