1-6 oz box long grain wild rice
1-10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1-16 oz cans Chinese vegetables, drained
6 lean pork chops
Pepper
Combine rice, soup 1 1/4 cups water and vegetables in large baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top; sprinkle with pepper. Bake covered at 350* for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Add additional water if needed.
Yield: 5-6 servings.
