6 thick pork chops
8 oz pkg. Wild & Ricey, cooked according to package directions
1 can mushroom soup
2 tsp. grated onion
1 small can mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Place pork chops in a pan. Mix the mushrooms, rice, soup, onion and seasonings together. Spoon the mixture over each pork chop. Cover and bake in a 350* oven for 1 hour, remove the cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
