3/4 C. water
2 T. honey
1/2 C. fresh spinach
2 1/2 C. bread flour
1/2 C. wheat flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 T. dried Italian seasoning
1 C. cooked Bistro Blend
2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp. dry active yeast (not rapid rise)
Preheat oven to 375*.
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed: set dough cycle.
Remove from pan; shape into 2-3 baguettes. Place on prepared baking sheet; cover and let rise on warm place for 45 minutes, until doubled in size. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until browned and sounds hollow when lightly tapped.
Makes 2 lbs.
