3 T. Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Sugar
4 T. Green onions, chopped, including some green
3 Cloves elephant garlic, approx 6 tablespoon, chopped
3 T. Butter
1-16oz. pkg. White Corn, thawed
2 C. Tasty Thyme, cooked according to directions
1-2oz. jar diced pimento, drained
1/2 C. Parsley, chopped
In bowl, Wisk vinegar, salt, sugar set aside. In large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in butter 1 minute. Add corn, Tasty Thyme, and pimento; cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add parsley and vinegar mixture. This would be good with fish or any other meat to your liking.
Yield: 6 servings.
