Ah yes one of my favorites is potato chips and dip, but between the rare times I indulge, fresh vegetables and whole grains are in my diet.
A favorite wild rice blend is Mexicali, it is easy, just add the blend to water. If you are an omnivore like myself, I brown hamburger, adding packaged taco sauce to the hamburger, and let it cook together. While it’s simmering away, chop up tomatoes, avocado, onions, and shred cheese. Once the blend and hamburger are done about 35-40 min. Drain blend, add to hamburger, and put as many condiments, as you want.
