1/2 lb. pimento cheese
1/2 C. milk
Dash of pepper
3 C. cooked wild rice
1-7oz. can salmon
1/2 C. sliced olives
Melt cheese with milk in saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Add pepper. Alternate layers of rice, salmon, olives and sauce in square glass dish, bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
