Here is a nice wild rice or blend receipt for a side dish for dinner.
Barbara’s Stuffed Mushrooms
2 C. cooked wild rice
1 C. cooked sausage (8oz. bulk raw)
1/2 C. chopped spinach (frozen spinach)
12oz. garlic and herb cheese spread
Blend ingredients and stuff mushrooms. Makes about 48 stuffed mushrooms; bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
